Covid-19 Protocols for Appointments and Salon Visits

 

Protocol for Appointments 

  • When you call to schedule your appointment, you will be asked a series of health screening questions.  These questions will be asked again prior to entering the salon.

  • A release form must be signed by each client.  Click here to access the form.  The form may be signed electronically and emailed to hair@tovesalon.com or a signed copy brought to your appointment. There will be copies available at the salon but we request that the form be signed prior to entering the salon to limit contact. 

  • A video consultation will be scheduled prior to your appointment to determine which of the available services you will want to have done during your appointment.

 

  • Appointments will be scheduled with a 15-minute window in between appointments to sanitize each station.

  • Only hair cuts, colors, shampoos and blow-outs can be provided at this time.  The spa services are not allowed.

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your car until your stylist comes to the door to find you.  The door will be sanitized as the clients leave the salon prior to the next client entering.

  • There is not a reception area during this time. Payment will be processed at the station upon completion of your appointment. Credit card payment only.

  • Masks are required for both clients and stylists.

  • A sanitation station will be provided with hand sanitizer and disposable wipes for clients.

These protocols are in place for the safety and health of both our stylists and clients.  Please bear with us as we work through the process, which may take longer than a typical appointment.  We appreciate your support and we are all looking forward to seeing you!
